About Us

We are Em and D'vorah. A dynamic duo.  We just celebrated our three year anniversary and have been together over 6 years. In that time period we've gone from living off of food stamps while working multiple jobs to make ends meet to where we are now; Owning 9 properties with 12 doors total and having achieved

partial FI, all before we both reach 30. 

Let me tell you, it hasn't been easy. But, as we often say in our family;

"If it was easy, everyone would do it. "

We have house hacked on every level, from short term platforms like AirBnB, to living in a 15ft camper and renting out our house, to having multiple roommates in our primary residence. We've done live in flips to long term rentals and we have done major rehabs through traditional, private, and commercial financing.

We have both gone back to college and changed career paths, we've dealt with being fired and moving in order to get a new job. We live on one salary sometimes because we had to, sometimes because we choose to in order to aggressively save and invest in index funds.

We are passionate about sharing our journey with others and after years of giving advice to friends and family over a cold beer and decided to launch this website and spread our experience to the masses.

 We want to help others find their way to financial independence for the security, freedom, and flexibility it affords. We are both passionate about crafting the life you want to live.
