We have done a lot.  We often get asked what steps we took along our journey to FI and how they are all connected. Honestly, it's a whirlwind even for us some times, okay, most times. One day, we sat down and put the snapshots into a timeline. It was color coordinated. It was scratched out and crumpled up, and an overwhelming mess. It was also extremely enlightening to remember all of the steps we had taken. Sometimes two steps forward, one step back. Sometimes leaps and bounds forward.
